Hot Melt gluing systems and Coating lines
Thanks to a partnership with the Faculty of Physical Enginnering from Politecnico di Milano, we have engineered and developed a particular hardening treatment for our coating heads, in order to obtain a long-lasting and performing final product. This special coating provides to our heads a high quality of the finish compared to standard treatments, for a uniform coating without stripes and a high endurance against abrasion and productive wear, keeping in this way the product like new and preserving its original technical specifications.
We have attached a technical report proofing the quality control of the final product: the value showing the HRC hardness is always constant between 70-73.
