Heated hoses for hot melt

Heated hoses for hot melt of the BHS range of our own production can be manufactured compatible with the main hot melt dispensing systems currently on the market such as Nordson, Robatech, etc. Heated hoses for hot melt are highly customizable, as they can be produced following the different technical specifications properly requested from the customer:

• Diameters: from a minimum of Ø 6 to a maximum upon request;
• Temperature sensors: PT100, NTC, Ni120 or FE-KO;
• Lengths: from a minimum of 0,5 mt to a maximum upon request;
• Standard or special models engineered in order to endure high temperatures or high pressures.

Operative temperature up to 250°C
Pressure up to 300 BAR
