Hot Melt gluing systems and Coating lines
Screw extruders of the BE range are commonly used for melting hot melt adhesives and thermoplastics in granules.
Basically hot melt screw extruders have been engineered, thanks to a smart intuition of Mr. Daniele Bridarolli, in order to face all those adhesives which are difficult to be melted, which require an high operative temperature and are characterized by an high viscosity, compared to all other adhesives normally melted with tank melters.
Hot melt screw extruders are widely used in the plastic sector and with all those adhesives which tend to oxidize, as this problem can be solved thanks to the special geometry of the screw.
In addition, hot melt screw extruders dispose of an accurate granules feeding system for all adhesives requiring a low melting temperature, allowing to work with two different modalities. On request, it is also possible to equip our screw extruders with the arrangement for degassing system.
